By using our site and services you agree to the following. Cars & Trucks Battery Service is not responsible for loss, damage, electrical malfunctions, vehicle settings, fire, theft to your vehicle or any cause beyond our control. 

Warranty & Returns: Our batteries come with 2 & 3 year warranty. Our warranty does not cover vehicles with electrical problems, alternator problems, neglected cars or vehicles not driven for weeks / months. In order to exchange a battery in the warranty period you must bring the same battery you purchased from us to our location. Batteries with cracks & physical damage from accidents or improper installation are not accepted. If you request our mobile service during your warranty period, service fee will apply.
